Malvern International PLC said Thursday that CG Corp had decreased its stake in the education company to 18% after a transaction on Thursday.

CG Corp lowered its holding to 40.1 million shares. Prior to the transaction, CG Corp held a 27% stake in the company.

Shares in Malvern International were trading up 2.5% at 6.87 pence per share on Thursday afternoon.
