                            NOTICE OF EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING


AEC Education plc, announces that an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company will be 
held at the Institute of Directors, 116 Pall Mall, London SW1Y 5ED on Monday 10 December 2007 
at 9.00am for the purpose of considering and, if thought fit, passing a special resolution to 
extend the authority of the Directors pursuant to section 95 of the Companies Act 1985.
